  The staff were fantastic, from check in to waitstaff at the restaurant. There was a slight problem with our booking and the staff were so obliging and helpful.   Love that I never waited more than 5mins for something to be delivered to my room. The reception staff were amazing and very very helpful. Love how the location is central to everything I needed ie, shopping mall, trains and food! Liked the price for parking a car at the hotel. That the place felt like a home not just a hotel.   Good combination of units to select from. We had 3 x 2 bedroom units for a large family for a wedding. Plus a 1 bedroom for the bridal couple on their first night. Responsive staff that attended to our requests, Nick the manager was very helpful. Off street parking and very comfortable beds. Great to have laundry facilities as well. The parking was plentiful and not far from our rooms. The rooms were spacious and we didn't expect a 2nd bathroom with the main bedroom. This was welcome as we were 3 women travelling on a business trip. A request for a modem for internet access was provided and installed with no fuss. The close proximity to the M4 freeway was perfect. And the cost was very reasonable.

  Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone.
