  delightful decor and landscaping contributed to a "villa in Tuscany" feel to this comfortable, tranquil space - by no means your typical highway motel. I felt very welcome and "at home" throughout my stay. The rooms are meticulously clean and inviting, the views from the back verandah are peaceful and the owners are always welcoming. My husband and I have been staying there for at least 13 years and we always return for a short break.

  The location is perfect for birdwatchers next to water and bush walks. Kayaks are available. This place would suit a group of about 8 birdwatchers or similar. Very comfy bed. - The owner Is very friendly and kind. The lodge is very clean and comfortable. Will definately return to visit.

  Such a charming place just wanted to curl up outside or in to completely veg out with a good book and a glass of wine. Hosts were charming and breakfast was to die for.
