Only 5 years old, so a very modern and Nice looking place with a very good pool. Meals were good with a buffet breakfast. The car park is under the building. We had a very enjoyable stay local to the marina for whale watching. Room was very comfortable and clean. The reception staff were most helpful when we extended our booking for another day - and the lady who was on duty for the breakfast service, I think her name was Lou, was great.
所有评语 » From the minute we arrived we felt relaxed and very contented. We upgraded to a 1 Bed Apartment and WOW we were not disappointed. A great experience. Would recommend a Facial this was the best I have ever had. The room was fantastic, Smokey Joe's restaurant was a nice start to the night for dinner and also served a nice breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!. Great customer service with easy check in and checkout facilities.Great bed and pillows, and liked one bedroom apartment especially spa bath. Will recommend to family and friends. Loved the bed n the pillows, I find pillows are always uncomfortable at motels.. the shower was just like home, water pressure ect.. the pool was to die for.. the room was lovely. Location: Adjacent to the marina where the boats leave for whale watching. Reasonably good restaurant nearby (with good coffee). Staff worked to meet our requests and needs. Location, layout of complex with ease to pool & restaurant, access to mariner etc, quiet & good service. Buffet breakfast idea don't give up on that greatttt. Beds were comfy, staff very helpful in planning whale watch tours & Fraser Island tours, relaxing, no noise, great pool, location opposite boat Harbour was good. Could not fault the hotel, it was clean and very well appointed. It would be great for someone spending a week, everything you need. Handy to the Marina precinct. Loved the spa bath, amazing. Loved the free movies. Great location for the boat harbour and lots of cruises literally on the door step. Lovely buffet breakfast. i stayed at the ramanda for my birthday and was very happy with the room, friendly staff and atmosphere. will be back for sure. was well worth the trip. good toiletries, nice and clean rooms. direct way from the parking lots to the rooms with an elevator. late check-in per arrangement available!. Pool area is convenient and well maintained. Overal a great place and will go back and definitely use booking .com again. Liked that breakfast was included. Exellent 5 star accomodation close to marina facilities @ 3 star price. Location is good as near the harbour. Room is clean and comfortable. Hervey bay in general didn't have much of a nightlife though. It was good to relax in our room and go to the beach. Nothing to dislike. not much, would've liked to have been closer to the pool. Apart from whale watching there didn't appear to be much else going on in that area of Hervey Bay. Inadequate under ground parking & some areas are tight for 4x4, no provision for finnished room service meals or collection, entry & exit points when arriving & departing with luggage etc while pepole are dining not good, room refrigerator inadequate for longer stays. Liked everything. We ordered an expensive seafood platter from the restaurant and were not impressed with the quality. The staff did give us another meal and were very apologetic but it did spoil our night which was a special occasion. Wifi didn't reach the room but they did have cable. No use for our tablet tho. no wi-fi in the room (just LAN, cables provided) - free wi-fi in the lobby though. location is next to the marina, but not directly on the esplanade (no sea view). Felt the hotel was understaffed as the staff were full on the whole time. Nothing at all. Be aware that not all the one bedroom suites offer views over pool, town or marina as specified on bookings.com Original room given overlooked the driveway entrance and only on my request was my room was changed to a pool view. Was told unless you specify you want a pool, marina or town view you won't get one. Rooms should be serviced more than once per week but not everyday, maybe towels should be changed every three days. Nothing. The staff were pretty hopeless. We booked in for 2 nights with room to be serviced and breakfast included.We only got one B/fast voucher, the room was not serviced and reception advised that "it hadn't made it onto the list for that day". We arranged early b/fast day2. Chef was locked out/no key. I had to let him in. B/fast and dinner was really poor food. Heard another couple complain as well. . fitness gym had old equipment. No filtered water at reception. Gym facilities are basic. breakfast buffet was a bit basic and could be improved at very little cost. no sports fox channels. We were there for 7 days and i would have liked a cleaner mid week.just to do a quick clean and re furbish toilet rolls ect. hired their pushbikes, and the only had male ones and the seats could not be adjusted. would be great if there was female bikes for hire. No washing facilities. No Do Not Disturb door signs. No foxtel. there was nothing that was not to like. all was very good. Not enough carparking. Rooms didn't get serviced. Evening meal at the resaurant was not good quality. Steak was tough, veges were cold. Cleaning was done during breakfast. Two single beds jammed together to make one large bed. Gap in the middle was annoying. Some person's breakfast tray in the front of our door for 24 hours before removal. Poor quality coffee and mediocre breakfast in the restaurant. The suite was rather bland & boring. For the money paid i thought the in house room service was very poor . I dont want my bed made but would have liked clean towels and thr rubbish removed.i thought it was overpriced for this reason. Understaffed service for our breakfast buffet. Staff pleasant but immensely busy, hence no replenished knives, napkins, glasses and 'hot' cereal bowls, bain marie low on some food. (*large piece of eggshell in scrambled egg). Staff were stressed which wasn't pleasant to see. Could smell smoke outside door of room. Breakfast very ordinary and only just warm.
