  I loved everything about this place, the customer service was above and beyond. I woke up reception at 5 o'clock in the morning. Even though check in, is at 2. It cost me 15 dollars extra. But, I was checking in 9 hours early and woke up someone as well, it was worth it.   We have always stayed here and always have Dinner at Albertos which has one of the highest food standards of a laa carte restaurants in Australia. This is the first time we stayed undergroundin the Summer (44 degrees) and the room was too hot to sleep ( higher than the advertised 23-25 degrees. A top hotel with great staff and very good food. The Manager also prepared the best breakfast the next mornin - This motel was very clean and pleasant-feeling. Andrew, behind the front desk, was very courteous and pleasant to work with. After staying in a few "budget" motels during our drive around Australia, motels that left a lot to desire, this motel stood out as one I actually remember favorably. I would happily stay here again.
