  The apartment had poolside access, which at first I thought would be really noisy however once the doors were shut all the noise from the pool was blocked out.   The Reception staff was wonderful, very welcoming and supportive. I got a text 10 am advising my room was available early - which was great because it was pouring with rain. Undercover parking was also really convenient due to rain. Could see the water from my room. Also in walking distance to shops and the walkway along the waterside.   the appartment was a good size, had balcony, and kitchenette, though we only used for breakfast. the unit was sunny. Though we didn't have vehicle there was a lock up garage available. - We will definately be going back to Caloundra and to the Beachside apartments.   The location is amazing with uninterrupted views over Pumicestone Passage. Great walking tracks along the beach right at your doorstep. Flagged beach just a short stroll from the hotel. I couldnt pick one thing wrong with the hotel or staff. Very well done! :) - Everything except the Internet connection which was rubbish, I first paid $6 for an hour, but spent the whole hour trying to get connected, then spent another $60 in the hope for a faster Internet connection, but it was just the same. My recommendation do not buy into their Internet provider, as it is a total waste of time

  I loved the situation of the resort, beside a reserve, close to beach and passage, short walk to restaurants, shops, beach. The resort itself was luxury, comfortable and staff so helpful. - Manager was very accommodating to our family needs. The room set ups suited us very well.
