  The lovely friendly staff, who bent over backwards to assure our needs were met. We solo appreciated hiring the spa bath room for the evening at a special rate, that just made our stay given we were confined to our room, it was so cold out. Big thanks to reception, Louise???   well where do i start straight from making the booking,Tom was on the phone to me within five minutes asking me wether the room i booked was suitable absolute profesional .i told Tom what i was coming over for and he knew i was on the red eye flight and offered me to come straight to motel and drop bags off and he would endeavour about a early che... 别人怎么说 » ck in .The staff could not help me enough and especialy Tom went over and beyond the call of duty .The motel was very clean and very close to everythi - Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast.   Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again.   I arrived very early an just wanted to leave my bag but the manager changed a few things around an I was given my room at eight thirty which was fantastic they certainly go the extra yards - Excellent location for ease of getting to airport.   We have stayed in these apartments before but this time it was in a studio which is as small as a motel room so it is quite pricy for a studio. Our last visit was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was an upgrade for the same price and really very nice. Our studio had no view at all but for us it was just a stopover before an early flight out ... 别人怎么说 » and it didn't t matter. Still like the position and newness of these apartments with secure free parking. - The beds were comfortable, the balcony had a great view of the Storey bridge in the distance and the cosmopolitan energy of racecourse road below which was silenced by the double glazed glass concertina doors of the balcony at will. We loved our short yet memorable stay.

  We had a private triple room with shared facilities booked and got upgraded to a family room (2 rooms with an adjoining bathroom). Rooms were spotless, had a small kitchenette in and perfect for our one night stay before an early flight.
