  Very nice owners, put themselves out for me, gave great advice. Good hot shower. Good windows, fresh air, fairly quiet location within walking distance from centre. Seems to be undergoing refurbishment, which is good as it is a bit scruffy. But nice! - The owner was friendly, the rooms clean, the price reasonable by Argentine standards.
