  No need to haul luggage through broken concrete sidewalks in 40 mph winds when this hotel with wonderful staff is just right across the street from the bus station - very comfortable stay, room was clean and warm. staff was great - very pleasant and helpful. right across the street from bus station was nice too.

  Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Seamlessly arranged for a transfer in the morning that made the tres lagos hike much easier and more interesting.   This is an amazing hostel. It's modern clean and very comfortable. It's on the Main Street in town and very close to the start of the walks. In particular the staff are amazing. They are very friendly and offer better customer service than out 5* hotels (they ask about your day, they offer advice about the area, they let you come back and use the ... 别人怎么说 » kitchen / showers etc after a days walking even if you've checked out, they also pointed out that I could get a discount as I was travelling on my own - Everything. We got there late around 9 in the evening and the desk staff we welcoming and proceeded to spend quite a long time detailing all the treks and paths with recommendations. All this resulted in an excellant day of trekking which started with an amazing sunrise. Room, bathroom and kitchen were clean.

  The owners were a young couple who seemed to love what they did. They worked hard, and seemed to do everything themselves. "Jorge" (Horhey) manages the booking and sorts out all Teh breakfast stuff. His wife does work in the kitchen, and far as we know she does all the room cleaning. The bus for the next leg of our trip left at 05:50, and as soon as Jorge found out we would - We'd always order too much to eat for dinner at the town's restaurants, and the hotel owners let us keep the leftovers in their fridge. When we wanted to eat the food for lunch, they microwaved the food for us, gave us plates and silverware, and cleaned up after us.

  Very kind people taking care of the guests sincerely. If you are travelling by bus to El Chalten, it is practical to stay there because the bus will take you to the hosteria and also pick you up when you leave. The room was simple, but very very clean and comfortable. We are thankful to the lady for her kindness her warm hospitality, thanks a lot.... 别人怎么说 » - The hostess could not have been more helpful and kind. She was very understanding when we decided to change our stay in order to spend one night camping and kept our bags at the hotel for us. We couldn't have been happier and would recommend this place to anyone. The best service we have had so far.
