- Patricia (the owner of the inn) is the nicest person that I've met in Argentina during my trip. She is attentive, kind, cheery and ready to help on all issues. - Great location - one can easily walk to bus stop, trail heads, and restaurants from the hotel - Rooms are spacious and clean. They are not luxury hotel rooms, but very luxury for hikers who are doing some of the most beautiful hikes in the world - There is tea maker in the room - Breakfast is included in our room rate. Unfortunat.
所有评语 » Patricia and her husband Nicolas are the best possible hosts. Fantastic people, friendly, helpful I.E. they made phone calls for us to find out more information about buses, restaurant reservation, etc. Our Spanish is very limited, so is their English, however we managed just fine. Breakfast is delicious as Patricia bakes bread and cakes the night before. Room was simple, spacious and spotlessly clean. There is a microwave and fridge for guests use. Highly recommend this place and would not con. Patricia greeted us with a hug when my family and I arrived at 10:30 pm. The apartment was very spacious and clean. My husband and I had beautiful views of Mt. Fitz Roy from our room. We had a yummy breakfast everyday with homemade baked goods. Patricia also helped us set up horseback riding and recommended wonderful hiking trails. A great experience!. Excellent service, great value for money (considering that Chalten is not the cheapest place in the world). The bed is comfortable, the bath rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast is homemade. Most of all though, the owner is an absolute sweethart who is always willing to help, albeit in limited english. Owners, Patricia and Nicolas, were very gracious and helpful. There were many local hikes to enjoy the National Park. Views of high peaks from town were fabulous. Restaurants recommended were very good to excellent. Patricia could not have been more helpful, including advising on what walks we might want to take. The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. Run by the best, friendliest hosts ever. Awesome breakfast, fresh home made cakes. Very clean. Very friendly staff Excellent breakfast Good location to start hikes. Patricia was great. Very helpful and extremely nice!. As mentioned the breakfast is really good - I would however have loved the option to buy some eggs on the side, as white toast (homemade!) is not an ideal starter for trekking the mountains. Easy trails were tourist havens as expected. The room was a bit stark; some decoration on the walls would make a difference. The walls are not soundproofed at all. Had to pay by cash or be charged 20%.
