  On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked. ... vad folk säger » This he did. About 30 minutes later my partner decided to have a shower and the water control handle came off in his hand. We decided to go to Recep - Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

  For us, it was right across from the convention center. For family's it would be near all kinds of fun things. It has a Ihop on premises and McDonalds next door. Close to Walgreens in case.... - The staff was nice. The maid cleaned our room and she didn't have to so that was really nice.   Condominium was clean and beautiful. Plenty of space for cooking, sleeping relaxing.   I have seen this hotel from road for years when driving by on the way to Universal studios. This hotel has fun castle like appearance that made me book it for fun. The hotel is great! At entrance, already outside there is old times castle like music, bit off tune, but it's great. Make you smile. ROOMs are spacious, clean and comfortable.   The staff were excellent and the location was really good, only a 5 minute drive to the I4, giving easy access to all attractions, also 5 minutes north up International Drive there were lots of other restaurants and things to do and see of an evening.. The hotel was always clean and in good order. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The pool was - Staff was very friendly and willing to help-always with a smile. Breakfast included was great and of good quality. Easy to get in and out of the hotel-we drove our own car. Parking lot felt safe when we had to come inside at night. Elevators never seemed crowded and the facilities were very clean. It always smelled nice in the lobby and in the hallways-nice clean scent. Cleaning staff was very friendly. We chose not to get our room cleaned while we were there to help out all we could.

  The hotel was clean and comfortable and the 2 bed suite was as described. The kitchen was dated and needed a refresh but was functional nonetheless. The staff were friendly and willing to help. We only required an overnight stay but wanted enough space for 4 adults to relax in - this fitted the bill completely. The free wifi was good too. - Every... vad folk säger » thing was great. The location is near Seaworld, between Disney and Universal. You can get free "quick queue" passes for Seaworld at front desk. There is free transportation for every theme park. They receive packages for you at no extra charges. There is a pizza hut and a nice bar in the hotel. The bedroom is simple but very nice.
