  My wife and I went to Miami for shopping. The room is spacious and the bed confortable. The hotel offer free parking. I would stay again. - We loved the decor...very contemporary and very clean and since we booked a king suite it was quite large.

  The staff at reception on our arrival were delightful, I asked could we check in early and out late and it was sorted out very quickly and efficiently, The room was great the bed has to be the most comfortable I have ever slept on, and my children have nicknamed me the princess and the pea, because I am so fussy about my bed, would love to know if... vad folk säger » they are available to buy ! Went for dinner at the in house restaurant, and we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food the service - Shuttle bus was prompt. Check in speedy. Room was quiet & comfortable and very clean. Bed linen was good. Breakfast buffet better than expected..fresh fruit, omelettes made to order plus selection of cold meats. A short walking distance from car rental centre, very helpful concierge with organising the bags. Wished we were staying longer, will try Sheraton in our hotel searches first in future. Well done for getting our Christmas holiday off to an excellent start.

  We arrived at 7:15pm. Person who checked us in was great! We were just able to take advantage of Happy Hour! Had dinner at your in-house restaurant. Server was outstanding and the food was very good. Hotel room was clean, spacious and convenient. Breakfast the next morning was awesome! Convenient and included in room rate!   We took the hotel for a stay over. We arrived very late. Reception staff were so welcoming and friendly and also have some advise regarding the following day.   I being there only for two days for past before took my flight, is very near to the airport, it has freeze and microware, they are bilungue, they have transport for free to the airport. You can also purchase the most famous excursion in good price, personal is very friendly, and breakfast is pretty complete. The 24hr lobby and emergency food was a good backup to being able to have takeaway delivered to my room. The late check-out was a nice surprise and made my long journey from Oz to St Martin a much easier trip. I would recommend Quality without hesitation.

  Welcome - we were exhausted after delayed and diverted flights. They have us an upgrade overlooking lagoon and free wifi. Wifi was essential to let family and friends know we has arrived safely. The next day we were a little late in checking out because we had to sort out a hire car. But this did not cause a problem. We were absolutely thrilled - The proximity to the Miami Airport, the lovely pool area, the excellent restaurant food and service, the public lounge areas, cocktail lounge, computer access, and the administrative staff. We were given a breakfast upgrade and a quieter room after being first given a room next to some young Ultra Fest "rockers" playing loud music and on day 2 a $50 dinner voucher when the maid service failed to make up our room while we were away. Very cordial accommodating and gracious staff.

Staff was great specially the young lady at the counter, brunette, spanish (I forgot her name) View was awesome, located in a central spot, really close to 7th street NW.   The Manager was fantastic! He was professional, thoughtful and very helpful. In fact all of the staff we met were equally friendly. The rooms are a treat with their carefully thought out beds, delightful bath products and great showers. - I am 82 years old and not able to manage my luggage, etc. as when I was younger.   Our stay was great! The staff was so helpful...from finding a luggage cart to suggesting that we return our rental car the night before flying! The hotel room was clean,comfortable and spacious! The pool was well maintained!
