  Everything were good .. The best thing that the room service are 24hrs and can serve any food .. Nearby to malls .. People whos working in front the door are best people I ever so they are so friendly and helpful - I like the room and the location of the hotel it is good for whom want shopping because there is a gallery mall.

  The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The rooms were nothing special but it worked for our needs, just a place to rest our heads at night. The metro was about a 5-10 min drive and very easy to get to. A lot of restaurants/stores near by. - Great location to Wolftrap, easy to get to, very friendly and helpful staff.   This hotel was recently remodeled, and is absolutely stunning. There is a long 'wall' of fire pit on the outside patio, and you come in through a huge revolving door. The lobby is beautifully modern, and most of the rooms overlook the lobby. We checked in about 7:30 or 8:00, and the place seemed to be the happening spot for the yuppie crowd. The room we stayed in was decorated beautifully in grays and blues, with dark wood and - The hotel has obviously recently gone through a refurbishment and the whole hotel is stunning. The design and furnishings used all around the property were fantastic. Very modern and contemporary in design which I loved. The guest rooms were spacious and clean with everything you would need. A good selection was offered for the complimentary breakfast too - although felt hot items should have been included too. Even though we arrived early the reception were great and allocated us our rooms

  I went on line for the best Hotel deal. Crown Plaza was it. When I got there, the room available had one King bed. It wasn't what I wanted as my daughter was to meet me there after her work day. I was given two beds with no problem. It was an up grade. I orginally requested two queens. The desk was cordial and accomodating. - Great value for a re... vad folk säger » asonable cost.   This was a very nice hotel in a great location. The staff was great. The amenities were outstanding. We got an unbelievable price for the room otherwise I'm pretty sure this hotel is out of our budget. Al;so free parking was a plus. - The staff upon check-in were friendly and fast.   We will definitely enjoy our next trip to dc and stay here again! The staff was excellent. The front desk always greeted us and were helpful and upbeat. The cleaning staff was awesome. The rooms were perfectly clean! Even the waitress was sweet and caring. I always felt safe and all the necessary amenities were there for us. Close to shopping and ... vad folk säger » the metro. Complimentary hotel shuttle was always reliable. - It was designed beautifully. All the linens were clean and spotless. The airconditioner was quiet and so was the bathroom vent. The towels were thick and soft. I think it is the best motel I have ever been in. All the staff were friendly.

  For the money, this is hands down, the best hotel in the area. On top of great price-parking was free and there was a shuttle to the mall and Metro. We were greeted by Stella who made us feel comfortable and welcome. She did an amazing job as well as the rest of the staff! It was the perfect place for him to be sick in because the bed was so comfortable for him to be in all day. He felt so much better the next day, so we were able to go on our adventures.
