  The friendly helpful attentive staff. The attention to comfort and safety and wanting to please. Close to fine dining, wine tasting and shopping, and luxury hotel across the street for additional nice ambiance. I h - Hotel Ruby was located within walking distance (10 blocks max) of everything we had planned for our trip to Spokane. The price was good. On-site parking was available. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The Sapphire Lounge is excellent.

  Staff outstanding. Price was excellent for what we received. Breakfast excellent and eating area exceptional. Lots of amenities in room, micro, coffee pot, mini fridge. No hallway noise...room was quiet except for traffic noise, which is unavoidable at this convenient location. When I questioned it, it was immediately reduced to an amount substantially less than the original quote along with apologies...Th - Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was very clean and easy to find. I liked that coffee or tea was available at all times in the lobby with a nice place to sit in the dining room and relax, cookies were delicious! And the coffee was good! Nice place, and if I'm in Spokane again, I will stay at the Quality Inn.

  We were using your econo lodge for an easy access to the airport and this worked out very well. We especially appreciated the shuttle service to the airport and the individual pickup on the night we arrived back in Spokane.   The bed was comfy...the room was clean..the bath towels were great and the shower was wonderful. The desk help were efficient and friendly. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good too! - Good bed, clean facilities, good coffee in breakfast area. Excellent suggestions on where we should eat.

  My wife and I enjoyed the Lusso very much. Staff was great. Lobby is nice. The rooms are very nice. Keep in mind, the Lusso is not a Five Star hotel, but it is a very nice hotel, and easy walking to downtown. Good beer next door.   We found the location to be perfect and easily located as we were travelling across the US. The staff were very friendly, helpful and curteous. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable, bathrooms were very clean with a supply of comb,toothbrush etc which we found to be a nice touch as the small things make a real difference. This was my second stay at this hotel and I'd stay again.

  Everyone was extremely friendly and the pool and breakfast bar were big hits with my kids. They aren't easily impressed. - The staff was excellent. Treated us with respect. Also, they packed a nice breakfast for us to take on the plane.
