  We loved the warm reception and friendliness of all of the staff. We thought the towel arrangements, robes, fridge( very noisy btw) and coffee making facilities and of course the view were lovely touches. We had a fabulous room Overlooking the ocean.... Really would love to come back and stay for a week next time. - Staff treated us like royalty. It was our 39th anniversary and they had a bottle of Presecco and 2 wine glasses in addition to a Happy Anniversay card signed by all the staff in our room when we arrived. Kelsi at the front desk made great recomendations for restaurants and wineries. Our room overlooked the ocean front and was delightful with the ocean breeze and ocean sounds. It was a memorable weekend.

  Beautiful hotel in an excellent location! Doesn't look like anything to special from the outside, with the exeption of the view, but once we stepped inside our room we were in love with our room and view of the pier. Sits on a cliff overlooking the coastline 2) Gazebo area is an amazing area for pictures and to take in the views of the pier on the left and the rocky cliffs on the right 3) Staff was very friendly, I was not happy with the partial ocean view room so after a few room changes we settled in with a very nice view 4) Continental breakfast is actually a decent breakfast - bread eggs pancakes juices coffee danish etc. 5) Great place to go with family or as a couple.

  Perfect location - on the beach and just about as close as you're going to get to the Pier and the main downtown spots. Great having designated parking and the ability to walk to all the restaurants/bars/shops.   The room was really nice... The staff upgraded our room for an additional $40 to the jacuzzi tub room... Really clean newly remodeled and the bed was extremely comfortable... Really recommend the upgraded room. We came from Australia and was very impressed with the room...... The comments and profile did not do this inn justice..... I enjoyed the comfortable beds, quiet room and friendly staff! The bathroom was clean and linens were packed with a new material that did not affect my allergies (no headaches) like down linen has caused at other hotels in the past. Slept well and I will be back!

  I liked how close it was to the beach and downtown pismo. I liked the family suite and the beds, fridge, and microwave. It is a cheap place to get the close beach walk. The service was great! The owners are helpful, bring things immediately and they seemed very accomodating. Let us take our time to leave the next morning, which was much appreciated. And the manager also let me pay partial cash and credit both together. Besides that, it's a fairly low key spot.   There is an old saying that goes like this, "You usually get what you pay for" and that is the case here. The cost of our 'suite' was a bit more than we usually pay for a hotel, but decided that since the location was so perfect, we'd give it a try. We are so pleased that we made that choice. It was great with the two rooms so we could get some privacy and each room had its own bathroom and television. One room also had a balcony and breakfast was included in the price.
