  The colonial village décor of the hotel makes on feel so comfortable. The inside courtyards are a pleasure to walk through. The staff are all courteous and most helpful. The restaurants are excellent. The food is delicious and plentiful and the service is exceptional.   When I arrived at 11pm, Ed at the front desk ensured I was happy with my room when the Firestone was not to my liking. Also, Olga, the chief housekeeper ensured that an additional item I needed for the bath due to an old injury, was provided. When I informed the gentleman at the front desk to have someone look at it,on check out, he said we should have told him and they could have changed our room.
