  the clean rooms and very wonderful people at the reception desk. when my son got sick with very high fever, all the people at the fron desk were very helpful and they called a clinic, made an appointment for me, gav eme excellent directions how to get there, and above all, they all showed genuine care and concern.   This was by far the best hotel we have found in San Diego. Luxury for a very reasonable price! Impressive from the moment you see it from a distance, impressive parking, impressive, AMAZING lobby, amazing guest service, amazing everything. The room we chose was a corner King suite... Everything was perfectly clean and fresh in the bathroom. Downstairs, we chose to eat at t - Everything! I was blown away with the beauty of the lobby! The staff was wonderful, our room was fantastic, (corner king), the food was good (pulled pork was best I've had in ages!), and the views were gorgeous. I loved how close it was to so many areas of SD. The pool area (with the firepits at night!) looked wonderful, but it was so windy so we didn't stay. I also loved the old pictures throughout the hotel. If you are from SD it was particularly super to see them.

  Budget friendly! Close to everything. minutes away from main attractions. cool hidden food gems everywhere! nice and tidy when we came back. quiet. - It had all the basics covered pretty well. We just needed a clean quiet place to spend the night. It was perfect for that.

  Our room was very clean and modern. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room comes with the refrigerator microwave oven flat screen TV and coffee maker.   The room we were given was 301 which is on the corner of the building so we got two windows to see the beach! We had booked an ocean view room and the view from our balcony was of Scripps park, a cave, the beach and all the silly sea lions and pelicans. The rooms are a little out of date in style but they are comfortable and the breakfast is borin... vad folk säger » g but is served on the roof!!! The staff here is amazing...we were driving around San Diego and not familiar with the area and they were always happy - The location couldn't have been better; I liked that they had a ready supply of fresh coffee in the lobby and that they had bathrooms on a couple of floors so we didn't have to go all the way back to the room if we were already out; the balcony and view were all they promised and the beds were comfortable and clean. They held our bags for us before and after check out and that is big plus for us. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again soon and probably for years to come.

  Very friendly service; well laid and comfortable rooms Importantly, for those who like to wander; very close to public transport. (And I must add public transort officers are incredibly helpful) - Great plae. We had our whole wedding party stay there in 2012 and we went back to stay for our anniversary.

  The front desk help was excellent. I also loved the cleanliness of the room and the view was simply gorgeous. When I told the front desk that my wife was having surgery the next day at Scrips Hospital she changed our third floor room to ground floor very near the entrance, very nice.   Easy to find and a really good location, within easy walking distance from downtown. On arrival we got a warm and friendly welcome. We had arrived early but that wasn't an issue, able to leave car in car park and following the advice. On return we were given a large and very nice room the second floor. The room had all the usual refinements but some nice little touches like swee - It was close to the trolley and I could take that to the convention center. The desk staff, Dustin, went out of his way to call me back and help me with changing a reservation, even though I was using an online booking agent. The bed was comfortable.

  Outstanding location - Hotel Circle - allowed for easy commute to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Old Town, Airport, and more. We were able to go to the sites, then come back to the room for lunch and swimming and return to the sites for the evening - a great way to break things up for the kids.   The hotel was chic and near to all attractions. The room was large, comfortable and well decorated. Desk staff were friendly and gave excellent advice. Very friendly place indeed!! - Good location. Great room.
