  Everything. It is a family friendly, family run hotel in a great location in Old SJ. Can walk to everything. It is not hard on the budget. It is not a luxury hotel, so if that is what you are looking for, stay elsewhere. However, it meets your basic travel needs (clean room, good bed, clean shower) and for us it was perfect. The location was great for walking around Old San Juan. This is an established, local hotel with clean, comfortable, and fairly large rooms.

  The staff (Marlene & others) were delightful and extremely accommodating. The "Inn," which is more like a series of villas connected together was beautifully set - perhaps 10 meters from the Beach. A wonderful, rather plentiful self-serve continental breakfast was served on the patio each morning and it allowed us to relax and take in the ocea... vad folk säger » n views and plan the day's activities. We rented a car as Old San Juan is perhaps 5 kilometers away, but an easy drive. If you want to be just outside - The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be returning

  The hotel was very nice and inviting. The bar gives free drinks at current times of the day. The hotel is steps away from the beach. When you go to the beach the staff is there waiting for you and all you have to do is show them where you want your chair and umbrella and they set you up. It is well situated and has a very nice beach location. - Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. All of your needs are in a 5 block radius. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. Even if a tad pricey, the service was superb. The waitress Diana was out of this world. Her service was beyond excellent. If you can, get a room facing the beach. It is worth the extra price. The view is spectacular.

  The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We stay just one night, we were in transit, but we love the hotel and the few places we saw in San Juan, we definetly will be back for vacations.   Hotel is at 1 block distance to the beach. I'ts an excellent budget-firendly choice, perfect location at condado next to up-scale hotels without paying the high price.   The hotel is in a great location, on a popular street in Old San Juan. It's beautifully restored and decorated with a Moroccan flair.   The hotel was beautiful. Our room was massive. The beds were so comfortable. I love design and color and the rooms were well put together. Fridge in the room, very handy. The staff was more than welcoming. My favourite part was the private beach area. Gorgeous pools, beaches and extremely clean. I am so happy to have stayed there.   Really it is a familiar environment. It is close to every important place and the service was very good. Specially the gentleman that was security at night, he always help me to get my parking for disables because my husband is visually impair. Stop looking, you won't find a better hotel for the money. The food was fantastic as well. Close to airport, centrally located for attractions. Don't miss the rain forest just outside of town and car rental is very affordable in San Juan.

  This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. The Niche (hotel's restaurant) was also very nice and Donna that works in the restaurant was very friendly and - I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant. The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there longer. I recommend it.
