  The staff was quite helpful, and the manager seemed to have the solution to any issue that came up at her fingertips. It was a quite pleasant trip thanks to her, and the whole staff was focused on making sure we were satisfied the whole time.   The hotel is in a great location on Lincoln Highway and close to tanger outlets and is a short drive away from the Rockvale Outlets.   I was bringing my son back after the Easter weekend and didn't want to drive back home that evening. I also didn't want to spend a lot for basically just a night's sleep. We usually stay at the Atherton but when I went online they wanted $30.00 more for a room than than the Days Inn (that's my gas $ amount for my drive home!). The staff was friendly and personable right down to the cashier at the store in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean. It wasn't even a big deal but obviously - We liked everything about this hotel. From the clean, spacious room to the friendly courteous staff, the excellent food at the 2 restaurants, and the proximity to the subway. We attended the Army Navy game, and we intend to return to Philadelphia and will definitely stay at The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center!
