  The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very easy to get around. Concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were upgraded to a corner suite room that had a beautiful kitchen area wit... vad folk säger » h a nice selection of "tools" to use in food prep or reheating. In addition to coffee, there is a toaster, microwave, oven, cook-top and refridgerator - Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is really clean and comfy. Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous. The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid. In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday. Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick. Once we arrived they gave our kid a gift

  The location is very central and everything is within a short walking distance. We had a great room on the 29th floor with panoramic view of the city and lake.   I loved the unit we stayed in (2 bedroom villa) and enjoyed using the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The resorts pool was nice as well. It could have been a little warmer, but I love really warm pools.   A kooky, off-beat fun place to stay with good food, quirky and delightful hosts and definitely not a sterile chain-hotel type place. We loved it. Not for those who are prudish or like things just-so.   very old fashioned decorations - made it a unique experience. the staff was extremely nice and willing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. the breakfast in the morning was great. - Interesting house, nice room, very helpful staff.
