  the staff were very friendly and ALWAYS said aloha every time they passed. The pool and gym were wonderful and we used them every day. I liked having the Kings and Queens market close by as we had a choice of eating establishments. the beach was protected and great for water sports. Down the beach was the Lava Lava Bar - we ate their quite a few... vad folk säger » times and had drinks at sunset. Thanks to John and NIck there for a wonderful part of our stay. - The beach was very nice. Our room would have been perfect if we'd had a full ocean view instead of a partial because of a tree. The gym is nice and clean. The concierge was helpful but be warned, it is run by Expedia so no Kama'aina rates. The nearby markets were convenient and a good option if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Several good restaurants as well as a food court are available.

  We were celebrating my father's 70 birthday and the whole family was at the Marriott (10 of us). We had 4 rooms between us at the Marriott. The rooms were so big spacious and partial ocean view was amazing. We had missed our flight leaving Hawaii and needed to check back in (we needed 4 rooms) and the staff (Tania) was amazing extremely helpful ... vad folk säger » and understanding. She assisted us and managed to give us an upgrade at the rate that we had initially paid for. We were so appreciative for that. T - We only had one problem-we did ask them to havea a look at our fridge as it froze all our contents and it took them a week and a half of our stay to do anything about it. maybe they didn't understand us ,we had to tell them like 4 times until they replaced it. Everything in fridge had to be thrown out.

  Loved the atmosphere on the grounds with the open-air lobby and tropical landscaping. The on-site restaurant had excellent food and a view of the pool and ocean. The tiki torch lighting in the evenings with the sound of the conch shell and great entertainer was also very memorable. All the people in the resort were very friendly and welcoming. It was a really nice touc - We liked how close we were to the beach. I left my sliding glass door open all night so I could hear the ocean. Very soothing. There are a lot of places to stay on Maui, I feel that I stayed in the best location!! Easy to get in and out. Hwy 30 just down the street. The staff made it extremely easy to come and go. They weren't pushy, but available when you needed them.

  Aston at Poipukai is not an hotel but an organization that rent different locations. We were at Regency in a wonderful apartment. It was a 3 bedroom apartment with a fully furnished kitchen.   We had a 2nd floor apartment on a 2 storey block - try to ask for the 2 storey buildings when you book. It was fantastic. The location is great, just in front of the beach.We sat on our balcony every night and watched the sun go into the sea and then the sky turn beautiful colours. It was good to be opposite the shops. We liked the pineapple in the fridge when we got the - The view of Molokini Crater, Kahoolawe, and Kameole Two was unparalleled. The morning snorkling off the rocks in front of Hale Pau Hana afforded a great variety of fishes and many green sea turtles. Our unit was superb and the other guests and staff were friendly.

  The Modern is a fantastic place to stay. This was our second trip there and we loved every minute. We stayed longer this time and still didn't want to leave, The staff are just lovely, the rooms are stunning and well thought out, the views are divine, the interior design is gorgeous, the pool is divine, the other guests are always interesting,r... vad folk säger » ooms, the gym is great, the spa was divine, great massage, the food was excellent and we ate there alot. Its easy walking distance to the Mall and in - Super friendly staff-from desk clerks to runners to room service; the room was modern and tasteful, great for work, and very comfortable and peaceful; the pools are lovely; room service was great; above all, it is a beautiful boutique hotel which is much nicer than any surrounding accommodations and for a better price. I couldn't recommend it any more highly!

  An operator of airport shuttle did not know the hotel location, so I walked around almost 300 yards. - The staff was very helpful and the room was great. We had a very good experience.

  It is a historical landmark.   Forget the reviews about how it takes a long time to get anywhere - plot courses of shortest distances on the map they give you and only use tram / boat for novelty. Awesome bridges and islands around lagoon tend to be shortest route(s). Staff and service best I've ever seen. They all live in Hawaii - they're happy! It really is quite impressive. Lots of things to do. You really don't ever even have to leave the resort. But if you want to one of my favorite beaches Hapuna is right up the road. I also really liked the products they had in their bathroom so much so I bought some to take home with me.

  This is Hawaii's Hawaiian Hotel. We had a room on the main floor, garden view, room 178 (smoking outside). It didn't face the large area of the garden, but it did have a small garden outside our room. We enjoyed it more because it was secluded. You could see the ocean through the trees. Many lounge chairs on the grass area and under trees. It is a 5 m - The Ka'anapali Beach Hotel is built upon traditional Hawaiian values and friendliness. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel sponsors a cultural enrichment and community give-back program that encourages its employees to honor their Hawaiian culture and to participate in community ventures. I was particularly impressed with the children's passport activity in which each child is issued a passport with their Hawaiian name. My daughter loved going to the various places, telling her Hawaii

  It's an older resort but that is not a problem at all. Fabulous resort facilities, very clean and comfortable room (partial ocean view) with great service. You can't swim in the ocean directly from the hotel but it is such a dramatic location as the resort is positioned directly on lava rock. Views of the ocean are stunning. A hire car is a good idea. - Beautiful location, spent the most of my time at the resort because it was so beautiful and relaxing. Amazing pool to sit back with a Mai Tai and watch the sunset. Watched the manta rays feeding and ate delicious 'spider shrimp' at Rays on the Bay. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay there again myself
