  We felt like we were at home with family. The staff is amazing. Location was great. The room was clean. This small hotel was Excellent for the money and much more. The decor was warm and welcoming. Loved it!!! - Breakfast was nice. You may need to change the filter in the A/C unit. We sneezed when we turned it on.   The Staff were outstanding and would try to please in any way possible. Very down to earth and easy to deal with as opposed to the big fancy hotels where treat you according to how you dress.Close walk to the convention center and in a safe good location. Rooms are big the bed is comfortable, fridge and microwave are very convenient. Decent breakfast bar. Nothing fancy just a - Staff was so amazing and friendly! Super helpful. Shout out to Armando at the front desk, he was so great! He gave me directions I needed, advice about finding things I needed, driving suggestions..... Everything! Great cleaning staff, room was super. Great privacy.... I'll stay again when in Pasadena because of the great staff. Oh, and awesome breakfast bar... Clean and friendly and yummy. Much appreciated.

  They were very accommodating and fulfilled all of my requests in an eager and friendly manner. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Hotel relaxing. The outside seating area is very nice. Location was great; close to everything. The restaurant menu items are quite good and healthy; you actually feel recharged after eating there. Pool and spa are... vad folk säger » a are nice. There are cabanas with curtains to block the sun and lounge music to listen to. - The place is beautiful. I loved the double shower head. The surroundings were beautiful especially the outside terrace with sparkling crystals in the fire. The hotel was located near my relatives and that was convenient as was the shopping and eating in Old Pasadena. We enjoyed our stay. Every one was friendly and helpful.

  The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This excellent focus on guest service was apparent from the valet parking personnel, reception staff, restaurant servers and housekeeping staff.   Staff, esp Sue, is very helpful and friendly. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. (Beware bus commuter: Bus 180/181 takes longer than the schedule. It should not happen though) Surprisingly cleaner than I expected. Target is about 10 min walk. Bus 180 takes me right to the Sierra Madre train station in 10 min as well.   Room was comfortable, but the hotel is in the middle of painting and more than likely upgrade. Good value - The Front Desk staff where polite and prompt. Very nice folks.
