  The rooms were beautifully appointed in contemporary tasteful decor. Comfortable seating. Great flat screen TV. Bed was super comfortable and linens were really elegant. Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

  The room was clean and comfortable although the outlook from the window was onto an unspectacular building! However the room was quiet and relatively peaceful after the noise of New York city! The hotel was in a great location for subway, jazz venues, small restaurants and eclectic shops. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.   Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The surprise of a skating rink justblew me over! The hotel isactually indoor/ outdoor! The room are a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom. The heaters are a little loud
