  The staff is great! We had some problems with our room at first & Jon was so very helpful & continued to be throughout our stay. One of the maids that came in to help us with the sink problem was very nice also. Front desk people were all we could ask for.   I have stayed in a Quality Inn before in Smithtown, li, ny. We enjoyed our stay there so I decided to try them on this trip. The front office staff were efficient and friendly and the room was well laid out with a obviously a lot of thought. On the website the hotel had advertised continental breakfast. What was served was actually a breakfas - Loved the location to public transportation. The bed was wonderful very comfortable, no waiting for the water to heat, the breakfast was very good. The room was equipped with what was promised and in good working order. The room was well attended by housekeeping.

  We did not want to rent a car and we spent most of our time in the city. The staff was so accommodating to take us to the max station (inside the airport) whenever we wanted to go.   This was our second stay with Hyatt Place. We liked everything about the hotel. Everyone from maintenance to management were very friendly. The location is great with shopping and restaurants close by, as well as easy access to the freeway.   I loved my stay at the Comfort Suites in Portland, OR. The staff treated me and my companion as if we were family. Everything was clean, orderly, and available as needed.
