Staff who were all so pleasant and very attentive. A request for extra towels and pillows was fulfilled within minutes.

The bed spreads! They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.

It's wonderful experience! My wife and daughter enjoyed their stay and become friends with the staff. They also provide very useful sugguestions to tourism visitor like us. My wife found her necklace lost when we got back Vancouver. The surprise is, the staff found it in the room and will send it to us! They are awesome! Taking into consideration

This hotel is 5 minutes from where my daughter and her husband live so it's very convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and my daughter and I enjoyed a fun spa night in my room with yummy room service! Great Stay and I'll be back.

This is a great place to stay. It's a bit away from the city center but they have a shuttle every 30 mins to and from several places in the town ands are flexible about pick up points if they are able to be. Breakfast is buffet and quite adequate with good coffee. Rooms are a good size, clean with bathroom and coffee bar, tv and all the usual bits

Location was convenient and they had a free area shuttle. Rooms were fairly large and they had 2 sinks, one inside the bathroom, 1 outside. Breakfast was great and the room where it was served was very nice with a great view. Parking garage and free onsite parking was great. Beds were comfortable. Every room has a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Area shuttle drops you off at Seattle Center, Pikes Place Market or Pioneer Square.
