  We were treated incredibly well. We noted we were on our 40th Anniversary so were upgraded to the jacuzzi King room~so special. Upon returning to our room from an outing, we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and congratulations card!   We stayed at the Courtyard before our cruise to Alaska. It was within walking distance to Safeco Field, shopping, and the waterfront. Bus service was available outside the front door. We particularly enjoyed the location because we were able to take the light rail from the airport for $2.75 and arrive at the Pioneer Square Station, which was ab... vad folk säger » out one block away. The desk clerks were all very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to find a bus route or give directions to attractio - I liked how conviniently located this hotel was to the WaMu theater. We went to an event there that weekend and only had to walk 10 minutes to get there! Not have to worry about a taxi or anything. I liked that there was a wide variety of restaurants around the area and that we were able to walk around a lot rather than drive.

  We really enjoyed the feel of this hotel~it had a 1920's elegance. Down to the fine details of the room with an actual coffee press instead of the standard Mr. Coffee. It reminded us of the "Tower of Terror" ride in Disneyland!.... - the staff was amazing, night and day they were perfect

  The Doormen were fabulous and very service oriented. Cute note on the mirror from one of the cleaning staff wishing us a great day.. COFFEE IN THE LOBBY...can't even believe I didn't put that first! Had a large amount of room to spread out and for the baby to have separate sleeping space. Hotel furnished a pack n play and fan upon request. Wine happy hour was great everyday and especially on weekend with live music. Staff were very helpful and friendly except for the day of check-out which I hope was a fluke.
