  We stayed at this hotel while my sister was having tests and lots of appointments at a nearby medical center. The beds were really comfortable, and having a kitchen was a great bonus. The shuttle provided to local shopping (target, a grocery store) meant we could easily buy food for the week that we were there. The pool area was nice to sit in ... vad folk säger » and get some fresh air. We even brought our dinner out there one night! - The staff. Front desk was awesome! The hotel was booked full, long line of people checking in and 1 lady handled everyone with a smile, pleasant attitude, and she made it appoint to acknowledge and apoligize to everyone for the wait.. Dealing with her in the beginning of my stay made it all worth it. I believe her name is Jamie

  Staff on reception, were excellent, extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely would stay there again. The bed (12th Floor) so comfy a real treat! - I enjoyed the resturant a variety of food buffet. My husnand and i loved it. Everyone was polite and helpful. We would stay here again.

  Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very very nice. Shuttle bus is an excellent service to nearby attractions, restaurants etc. - The Bell Captain & his staff were invaluable ... vad folk säger » & was proactive in guiding us where we wanted to go & options that were not readily apparent. Their shuttle service is a very positive courtesy for guests.

  The location was perfect for us because we were heading to an Astros game and Minute Maid was just a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, breakfast and wifi. Though they only offered valet parking, it was less expensive than having to pay to self park in another lot. - The hotel was within walking distance to the Minute... vad folk säger » Maid Stadium, there was a beautiful park next to it and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean and the staff at the front desk were friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
