  We had concerns about the cleanliness on our last visit. All the rooms on the first floor have new carpets, furniture, bedcovers, toilets, and everything in the room was clean and fresh. A lovely improvement. - We were travelling with dogs for a dog event, and they were very accomodating.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful, ran a list of movie times for us and we were late for breakfast but were welcomed in without a problem. Excellent staff, excellent .   We booked the hotel for two days and were very happy that we got an upgrade. The room was clean, quiet with one exception (the upstairs toilet was very loud do to older construction). My wife found the bed to hard and she was sore in the morning. There was only one extra pillow and we both could have used an extra one of those but we would definetly stay at a travellodge again. The location of the Kalispell one was excellent for us as we needed to shop both ways. Very happy with our experience, thank you

  This lovely vintage boutique hotel is absolutely lovely.... Great decor!The coffee/water/ cookies and popcorn in the lobby area were an added bonus for a mid afternoon or pre bedtime "noche" ! Brannigan's (Irish Pub around the corner from the Grand) was a great p - I was a little anxious when I saw the outside of the hotel. It could have been really seedy, but it wasn'T. When we said that we had to leave at 5:30 am the next morning for the airport, the receptionist said that she would order breakfast ready for us at 5:00 am instead of the normal 5:30.   it felt very clean to be there the counter staff was AMAZING getting into and out of the parking lot was exceptional an abundance of towels the pool and hot tub were pretty sweet - The place was clean & quiet. Ididn't have time to use the hot tub. complimentary Breakfast was very adequate. Will stay there again.

  I loved hotel - stayed 2 nights. Rooms clean, staff excellent. Shopping close by. Cookies and milk for kids at 7 great idea. Pool area clean. Price was affordable - staff was terrific, hotel was immaculately clean, shuttle to airport at 4:45 in the morning, offered breakfast to go.

  Hospitality was exceptional! From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They appeared to sincerely like their job! --The pool and spa is open 24 hours. Nice for us older folks. Over our 3 day visit I enjoyed the swimming pool and hot whirlpool at least 6 times!   The staff were very nice, laid back, and funny. When I checked in I was given a plethora of information about the area like sites to see and what there was to do in town. My room was very cozy and there was ample parking. I'd totally stay there again and recommend it to anyone.   Somehow I booked 1 queen bed for our family of 4 when I thought I booked 2 queen beds! We went to room and it was a problem. We had arrived after 8 pm. So hotel was filling up! Trouble! Thankfully the staff went above and beyond and checked all reservations of those that had not yet arrived and called them and switched me with a single traveler wi... vad folk säger » th two beds!
