  The staff at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta were friendly and paitent first and foremost. We felt as if we were royal guest each time we returned to the hotel after leaving. Lots of friendly smiling faces, doors opened, and well wishes. We really like the robes provided during our stay as well. We are scouting hotels in which to marry in the coming year ... vad folk säger » and we took notice of the Zen garden and terrace as potential photo ops. Very Nice! We plan to visit the area in the coming months. Fantastic Place to - Location was great. Staff were extremely pleasant and more than helpful with our every request. Would definitely stay there if I returned. Only downside- outdoor pool- my children really wanted to swim . We enjoyed fitness center as well.

  Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Extremely nice location. Very accommodating staff!! Two thumbs up! I didn't even mind the parking fee to ensure safety for my car - Free Breakfast and Happy Hour

  Friendly staff that were very helpful in all the matters. one person at the front desk and the driver got a bit impatient at times. Perfectly set next to the big shoppingmall Lenox and just a short walk to the subway. An extra bonus with the courtesy car if you want a drive within 2 miles. Good gym facilities and the concierge level had excellent... vad folk säger » breakfast and evening snacks for free. We had a late flight back to Europe and they let us have the room until 4pm without extra cost. Fabulous. - The most comfortable pillows and a clean bathroom. Very friendly staff and well equipped gym as well. Felt very comfortable, safe and the hotel was well kept. Only extremely minor signs of wear from hotel guests. There were a few scratches at the bottom of the bed and bottom of the desk but just normal wear and tear.

  Its in trendy Buckhead, quiet and green neighborhood. The public bus transportation was too mysterious so we drove to Lindberg station and took the train to downtown. Parking was free if you had your ticket validated at the MARTA station. Great and very friendly staff :) Room was huge and very clean. Missed a little fridge but that's just me.   We had a great stay at this hotel. The Staff is excellent they go beyond the call of duty when providing service. You know they're good when you can remember the names of staff at the front desk. The location is near several upscale restaurants. Ocean Prime is next door, Great food but a little pricey and the service for this high-end resta - it was a nice, comfortable stay. The room was very clean and there was a small indoor pool and small fitness room. The hotel offers complementary car service and the friendly staff was very helpful with the restaurant options in the area. The stay was well worth the cost.

His name was Michael and being in the hotel business it was clear this employee went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.
