  As other travelers mentioned, the decor is a little tired and could use some updating, but we wouldn't have traded it for a cookie cutter chain hotel. Our room was a corner room and was incredibly large, clean and comfortable. It could have been more welcoming with local artwork on the bare walls and a comfortable desk/chair added.   Room was comfortable and clean. Location was a convenient overnight stop on our road trip. When I accidentally left something at the hotel, the staff called before I even noticed and promised to keep it until I picked it up on my return trip. - The bed was comfortable.   The front desk was great! Stephanie was so helpful and offered to print our directions to a restaurant. Instead there was a restaurant printed on the key card envelope and Stephanie gave a "High 5" to - the restaurant was excellent!   Someone had clearly been smoking in our non-smoking room, we went back and right away the helpful desk clerk gave us a more pleasant room.   I recently visited the area with my son and his band for a festival in Elmira. Everyone of the staff was super. We were a very long way away from home. When we left the next day we left with a grateful feeling because we stayed there. I will recommend this hotel to Everyone! Thank you!
