  I enjoyed the location and the politness of the staff and how quick they were at enabling me to gain access to my accommodation. - Particularly nice, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location. Plenty of room in the car park.

  We stayed for one night on our way to Bristol airport.The house is beautiful with super old beams & some very nice pieces of antique furniture.Breakfast is a do it yourself job (in the spotless kitchen ) which suited us fine as we were leaving very early in the morning for our flight so actually didn't bother except tea.Could not be more conve... vad folk säger » nient for the airport - 5 minutes drive away.Thank you Johan, we will be back !!! Paul & Linda Garwood - The house has been newly renovated. We were the first people to stay in our room! Johan was very helpful, and explained things very well. The house is a bit of a maze and you needed a tour guide to find your room ;-) Private parking at the back of the house. There looked to be great views over the mendips, but we couldn't really get the full benefit due to pouring rain!

  Everything was of a very high standard. Our room was lovely and comfortable with lots of space - our hostess was very friendly - breakfast was delicious. We would recommend staying at Mill House, particularly if you are attending a wedding at Coombe Lodge which is very close. - 20/10. A bonus packed meal for breakfast (very generous) to take with us to the airport, for an early flight. Definitely will return.

  We liked everything. Felt totally at home, so much so that we sat on the lounge floor in front of the 'real' fire each evening with the news papers and a drink. How relaxing is that? The people running the hotel were so friendly and helpful. We would recommend it to everyone. Only 8 rooms, but worth a 5 star hotel. Spacious room and bathroom, swimmingpool and jacuzzi !   The twin bedded room was of a very high standard with lots of room. There was a packed breakfast and as we had an early flight we were able to take this with us to eat on the plane and it was very enjoyable. The owner couldn't do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable and we will certainly be using the Apple Tree Guest House whenever we fly from... vad folk säger » Bristol and also have hesitation in recommending this establishment. - The room was clean and well equipped.The owners were very friendly, helpful and went out of there way to help to make my stay the best possible. The airport transfer was really good. Justsay when you want to go and you are taken, then on my return i phoned to say i had arrived and 3-4 minutes later they were there to collect me. Fantastic place and people.

  We stayed in the room with access for disabled as it was the last room for 1 night - 2 beds downstairs, 1 double upstairs. Very comfortable and cosy room - would be extremely good if in a wheelchair etc as bathroom very good for that. Upstairs landing bedroom lovely. Was able to use the Wifi with ease and the food was excellent. Properly cooked... vad folk säger » and delicious. It's a real treat to get chips made from fresh potatoes and when you ask for rare meat you get it rare. Well done to them. Breakfas - We were made really welcome . The Landlord lit the fire in the sitting room so that we could enjoy our excellent bar meal in a more relaxed setting as the pub was fully booked .Excellent location only 5 miles from the airport . We would definitely go back as this would be an ideal place to stay for a visit to Bath . a really good find and excellent value for money .

  One of the nicest bed and breakfasts we have been fortunate enough to stay in. A lovely warm, friendly welcome from Debbie and Nigel, both perfect hosts.   We were looking for a convenient hotel to stay the night before a flight from Bristol airport. There was no noise to be heard from the airport, which is surprising as it is only a mile away. We would highly recommend - Fantastic find. Even though they had only been up and running for one month, everything was spot on.
