  Wonderfully obliging friendly staff, and compliments to the chef for a wonderful breakfast. The rooms were beautifully decorated, modern, and immaculate. Excellent disabled facilities, too.   Everything. Totally delightful. Very handsome and well-kept Victorian building, very well decorated and comfortable inside. Very nice dinner and breakfast. Perfect place to stay for visiting Waddesden, since it was a Waddesden outbuilding.
