  Everything about this hotel was excellent,and I have never seen so muchfood for breakfast,the staff were great.i would def recomend thishotel,infact I have booked again for 2 weeks time and this time bringingthe kids 10/10 - The location is ideal as it is close to other services,shopping ,eating out and the movies.   The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. I had very prompt attention to "fix" the television in my room. - Very comfortable with nice public areas. Rooms big and warm with good bathrooms. Staff attentive and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

This was much appreciated as had only just become aware hotel located on busy road/roundabout. Twin room was spacious and clean and for a 3* rating, well appointed.   The room was lovely with plenty of space, great view and nice bathroom with an excellent shower.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.   The whole experience was very good, we used your Hotel as a stop halfway to Cornwall for a weeks holiday and liked it so much that we decided to stop with you on our return. - The hotel was really quiet when we stayed, we even had the leisure centre/gym to ourselves! Fantastic. The staff are friendly and cheerful.

  We stopped as a halfway point to Bath. We were fortunate enough to have a disabled parking space, otherwise parking would have been a lottery. We were there for Sunday only and looking at the area, this was the quietist day to be there as it is surrounded by clubs and pubs. We were recommend a restaurant opposite for an evening meal and this was excellent. - The staff there were really friendly and helpful. Especially the female staff who looks like Taylor Swift her name is Jade. Shes really very nice. The other girl name H.. I forgot her name but shes also very friendly. They made me feel like im a family in the hotel and I really appreciate it. Sincerely thanks them so much.

  My sisters and I met up to go shopping in Swindon. We usually just meet for the day as Swindon is a half way mark. We decided it would be nice to catch up the night before over a meal and then go shopping. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. - Very professional and friendly staff, good service.

  The staff were great and excellent customer service. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture. Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less.
