  friendly staff and amiable atmosphere - I liked the friendly and relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The food was very good especially the breakfast. And the evening meal was far superior to the previous Best Western we stayed at. There was also plenty of room in the car park which was good to see after travelling a long way.

  Strattons started life as a more modest sized B&B which grew like Topsy. You have to love arty quirkiness to really appreciate this delightful oasis in the middle of a pretty Norfolk town kinda in the middle of nowhere. I've seen some criticism about refurbishing the place here are there which is fair but wouldn't prevent me from - Love the decor, the staff and the wonderful food. Great place to chill out for the weekend.

  The room was large enough for the three of us, & beds really comfy; I would like to have taken the shower home with me!The food was very good- cooked breakfast one day & buffet selection on the other. We ate dinner in the restaurant on the first night & that was excellent. The food was very good, with plenty of choice for both the evening meal and breakfast.Very quiet and comfortable room with a lovely spacious shower. We would certainly stay there again.

  Quirky room with bags of character. The couple who ran it were very pleasant. Good pub around the corner with real ales and super food. They also have accommodation, but it's better to stay at the Vines and eat at the pub. It's probably quieter and definitely cheaper.   Upon arrival we were frazzled to say the least (having spent some time with the in-laws). We were immediately offered tea in the garden - with home-made cake and we just sat there listening to bid song until we chilled out. It took some time but I can't say how grateful I was. - the owners are friendly helpful could not do enough for us family ... vad folk säger » problems made it a difficult time but they are just great would recommend them to others lovely bathrooms comfortable beds very clean excellent
