  The Staff were consistently cheerful and helpful. The location cannot be bettered; very central, 3 minutes form the Jubilee Line yet quiet and peaceful. - The hotel,atmosphere,food and staff were excellent, everything we expected it to be.A good location. I could get use to this life very quickly !

  Great location!!!! With excellent staff, very friendly and knowledgeableabout the area. We had a lovely aperitif in the terrace overlooking thepark ( I guess the only one on Park Lane) followed by a fabulous dinnerin bord’ eaux restaurant, the meal served was really outstanding.
