  After travelling for nearly 24 hours from Asia I was thankfully met by very willing staff despite the fact it was late at night when I arrived. The owners and staff provided very high-quality service and customer satisfaction and went out of their way to ensure any requests I had were quickly fulfilled. The location of Pontardawe is close to Swan... vad folk säger » sea for those with business interests and very close to the M4 which makes it very accessible for those that want a country setting with easy access t - Brilliant staff inside the hotel and bar area. Good food and atmosphere, locals were welcoming and friendly. After a days graft was nice to be able to sit with friendly people and enjoy a beer and great pub food. Will be booking if in the area for work again.

  I stayed at the Pink Geranium because I was going to a 50th birthday party in a nearby town. What a good choice it was too. Friendly staff and locals. Others have mentioned the noise on a Saturday night. I too stayed on a Saturday, but knew I was staying above a pub so the noise really wasn't unexpected or an issue. Granted, I'd had a few at the p... vad folk säger » arty, got back at about 2a.m. and had another drink before bed!. The room was more than adequate. Only a little thing, not worth putting it in the 're - Owners and staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Great room, great pub and lovely atmosphere. We had a really early start and they were happy to let us sort a quick breakfast out before we left. We'll definitely be back, if we're in the area again.

  This was a perfect location for us, we were made to feel very welcome by staff, the landlord and friendly locals. The self contained apartment was clean, spacious & great value for money. It suited us perfect with 11 month old twins, having facilities in the room to cater for their needs. - Layout, decoration, location.
