  Lovely friendly service and fantastic food in the fine dining restaurant. It finds the balance between luxury and comfort really nicely. Not too posh, but very polished and welcoming. We were able to unwind and had a very relaxing stay. It was nice to see families in the hotel and we liked the family friendly atmosphere. The menu was varied, the food healthy and beautifully presented and the room was spacious. The double bed was also a good size and very comfortable. The surroundings with sea view and flowered gardens were spectacular.

  The view was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The bathtub provided a much needed refuge for a bubble bath while travling around the UK on vacation from the States.   We have stayed in some lovely places all over the world and this is one of the best. Staff are great and the locals were friendly, food was a 20 out of 10 lol no need to eat out any ware else and the room was fine. As for one man who left a bad review must have stayed somewhere else or he was just an idiot.We are defiantly going back. - The peopl... vad folk säger » e were great! This place understands the word hospitality. The pub downstairs was fun and had a few friendly locals. The restaurant was cozy, the food amazing and our server wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!! What a great way to start our time in Scotland!

  A gem of a place run by a lovely couple who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. On arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful four poster room with sea view. The house is very well kept and well proportioned so you're not disturbed by the noise of other guests. Fantastic location overlooking the beach and with lovely grounds. Although ... vad folk säger » the hotel doesn't have a restaurant the owners supply a list of local restaurants, complete with map, and there are several within short walking dista - This place was perfect! The beds were delightfully soft, the pillows fluffy, the bathroom sunny and roomy. The breakfast was delicious. The garden was wonderful and the path to the beach couldn't be better. The staff were excellent as well, the lady there gave us a tip to go to the Nairn Caeligh the evening we stayed there. We ended up winning a bottle of sherry and were out danced by 80 year old women. This hotel was a splurge for us and I wish we could have spent our entire trip there, it was

  I have stayed in 5* hotels all over the world and Sunny Brae is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Master Bedroom is excellent. View from the room is stunning. Evening meal was excellent. The wine list must be the envy of these so called 5* hotels. We stayed in seven different hotels in a nie day tour. This one was by far the best.

  The crisp, clean room, very well equipped. Very modern but tasteful decor with seriously heavy quality furniture. Very comfortable bed. Light and airy roon. Stayed for 2 nights using it as a base to travel across various towns from Aberdeen to Inverness. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable eating in the bar area. The staff were excellent and could no do enough to make you feel welcome & relaxed in this hotel. I would certainly recommend this to my friends & family.

  It was so very quiet even although our room was on top of the bar and on Saturday nights is quite a lot of people in the bar even when the people where leaving after time I was quiet and I do know about this kind of thing as we did stay above a bar for 17 year in Edinburgh in Leith walk which is much more lively then this place and open much more ... vad folk säger » later 2 o clock in the morning so this inn was like heaven honest. Also we did like how the owner did attend my problem that I did have with the showe - The Hostel is on the second floor of a pub. When we came we enter directly into the pub. We got a bit scared because the atmosfere seemed not to be good. However the room was very confortable and clean, except by the smell in the bathroom. We have no idea why, but it smelled vinager. Overall it was worth it.

Quiet at night so good nights sleep with comfy bed. Nothing t - The host and view were fantastic. The room was charming with a full bay window view of Moray Firth meeting the North Sea. The village of Nairn is friendly and full of sweet surprises, like the nesting swans on an island in the burn with two cygnets and residents enjoying their four-legged friends. Great unexpected places to get a bite or dine in style are within walking distance of Wetherby.
