The apartment was ideal for a family of four.
The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.
The staff we met were very friendly and informative. -

Centralt men ändå lugnt läge nära tunnelbanan. Lätt att ta sig fram och tillbaka till flygplatsen (Heathrow). Ombonade, tysta rum med sköna sängar. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Storleken på hotellet. Bra kontinental frukost. Trevligt idé med champagne på kvällen! - Centralt, utomordentlig service

Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It looked like hotel had been upgraded recently. I really enjoyed my stay, and thought it was value for money. Overall, I had a really good experience of Hotel

Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break.
There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal.

We benefitted from a very special deal due to refurbishment. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

Nyrenoverade rum och korridorer, rent och frächt. - The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived, they assisted in parking our car in the very small car park. The room although small was clean and the bathroom cleaner and of a higher standard than some bigger higher quality hotels. The breakfast had a good selection for a continental breakf

The location is excellent! Right near Kensington Park and one block from two tube stations along with good shopping street nearby for inexpensive and better food choices. The facilities were spacious and comfortable- a full kitchen and comfortable bed, great view. Wonderful accommodations -
