  The staff was very helpful, both at the desk and the maintenance man we needed in reference to the bathtub that would not drain. You placed us in another room.   Härligt hotell i engelsk stil. Litet och familjärt. Lugn och stilla område. Stor frukost. Nära Heathrow, men tillräckligt långt bort för att slippa flygplansbuller. 25 min bekväm färd till London och Waterloo staiton med Intercity-tåget (pendel) - I tried hard to identify a BandB type accommodation, rather than a big impersonal hotel, close to Heat... vad folk säger » hrow. Very satisfying on both counts. Lovely furnishings and garden, easy transport access. There was even no flight noise. It was classic European style BandB, with a small room; perfect for my situation. Fabulous host. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and colleagues. - The proprieter, Dean, was so very friendly and helpful. We got lost trying to find the hotel, we called Dean and he helped us find our way. Once there, he carried our bags to our room for us and immediately offered us beverages. He was there right at 7am the next morning with breakfast, which we needed him to be as we had an early flight. First class service. Thank you.

  Having stayed at an ibis budget before I knew what to expect . Ideal for those on a strict budget who just want a place to stay for the night. Not as comfortable as other budget hotels ( Travelodge , premier inn etc ) but again those are more expensive . The rooms are basic but modern . There's a good clean modern shower and a decent freeview tv. ... vad folk säger » Easy to walk to from the train station about 5/10 minutes walk. - Stayed here before flying from LHR midday and it was perfect for that, and at a really good price. There were plenty of ethnic restaurants nearby to get something to eat.
