  It is a proper pub with accommodation great home from home loved it great breakfast . Stayed 2 nights but would have liked to have stayed longer. - Good breakfast. Evening meal - generous portion and great value for money. Bed comfortable. Plenty hot water.

  The room was very comfortable and the selection for breakfast was fantastic. Very friendly staff came and found us and directed us to the hotel and the parking and gave us recommendations for dinner. - The excellent staff working under difficult circumstances, as the people who ran the Inn had left without warning 5 days pior.

  If you stay on a Saturday night then make sure you have the steak meal we did and was absolutely enjoyable. Staff are extremely helpful, we had a great weekend when we stayed & even booked an additional night. Don't go on the poor reviews as this place is value for money & yes we would stay again... Maybe the shower could have a little more oo - My wife and I both thought the girl doing bar duty and reception was 'just right' friendly, courteous and efficient and unflappable without being officious, well done her. We especially liked the fact that we had the best night's sleep that we'd had for many nights, so something's right with the beds! We were amused that the very plain looking shower control delivered an immediate perfect temperature shower, with absolutely no fuss or bother! Unpretentious but had character and was clean. We

  We arrived very late on Friday night and were welcomed by a very friendly and smiling Lisa. She is a real asset to Premier Inn, very friendly, helpful and a delight to have a conversation with.
