  We absolutely loved the hotel, the Restaraunt, the whole atmosphere was lovely, relaxing and yet so professional!! The proprietors were wonderful! I found out my little boy who was away with my parents was ill - Sue went straight on the Internet and printed me a fact sheet off of his illness, to put my mind at ease! The quality of everything was excellent, with superb attent - We couldn't fault our stay at grassington house. The room was beautiful, as was the hotel itself. The staff were welcoming and attentive, we felt very well looked after! The food in the restaurant was absolutely fabulous...we enjoy eating out & this was one of the best meals we've had in a while. A thoroughly relaxing stay in a gorgeous place.

  Warren House was a fantastic guest house located in the beautiful valleys of the Yorkshire Dales. The owner was friendly and welcoming, happy to help us in any way. The room was clean and spacious with excellent tea and coffee making facilities. Far exceeding the usual humdrum b&b/guesthouse room. The superior double room - Beautifully decorated room - peaceful, romantic, clean and new. Lovely quiet setting. The owners were fantastic and very friendly. Me and my boyfriend got engaged during our stay, and celebrated my 30th birthday so it was a very special occasion. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The breakfasts, including the vegetarian sausages cooked to order were very tasty too! Would highly recommend Warren House.

  From the first greeting, we were treated with respect and thoughtfulness. All staff had smiles, from morning till night, and eager to help in any way. We stayed in the Garden Room, and were delighted with the service; breakfast served in our room, log fire made for us each day, and the whole suite cleaned daily. Altogether a wonderful 2 days, and we will be definitely returning, and would recommend - On arrival was put into a lounge area, and offered coffee. The owner arrived shortly after and carried our bags to the room, showed us how the remote control works on the TV, showed us the private bathroom which was excellent. We felt like we were treated like a king and queen. The morning breakfast was fresh, homemade and we were again given the royalty treatment. 11 out of 10 for the whole experience. I have NEVER been treated at any other accomidation so well, ever. BRAVO.

  We arrived in the dark and after a lengthy journey. We were made to feel instantly welcome and provided with a hot pot of tea and homemade cake! Our wet walking clothes were put in front of the fire to dry and we felt so at home. We only had to walk over the road to an excellent pub where we had a lovely meal and then had a great nights sleep in a... vad folk säger » very comfortable bed in the lovely bedroom. Breakfast was very relaxed and lots of choice. Food cooked very well and presented excellently. We were j - We loved everything at Ling House. We were received with a friendly smile, cookies and a warm fire. the owners were extremely helpful with directions to various places to see as well as driving us into Grassington for dinner one evening. We would love to come back one day with our family.

  We enjoyed the warmth, friendliness, helpfulness and hospitality of the owners. They made us feel at welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect in the quaint and well maintained village of Kettlewell. The beautiful English garden with numerous visiting birds contributed to the relaxing and stress free atmosphere. The home cooked breakf - Cannot fault Pennycroft Guest house in any way! Regular visitors to Kettlewell, but never stayed in a guest house (previously camped in the area). The owners were very friendly and accomodating, very comfortable room, great facilities, and amazing full 'yorkshire' breakfast. The area itself is outstanding, plenty of walks in the area to suit all abilities. 2 pubs right on the doorstep with great food (we ate in both) and both serve real ale.
