  the staff were very helpful and courteous, i cant fault the service ,including the night porter , the rooms were nice clean and for the price really good value for money , I would definetly use Alder House again - I found that the Hotel was relaxed and informal; the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was not too noisy.   Fantastic Hotel. Lovely and friendly, very warm and clean. The food in the restaurant was superb. Recently renovated, so very fresh. - The Hotel is excellent. I now only book at this Hotel when staying in this area on business.

  The lady welcomed us warmly, talked us through the whole complex and the breakfast serving times, took us to our room which was huge, nicely decorated, warm and luxurious, we had coffee and tea making facilities in the room, a lounge area and a huuuuuge comfy bed with a really big flat screen tv on the wall above, the bathroom had a spa and sauna ... vad folk säger » shower with its own lights and radio. The breakfast the next morning was excellent, with deli style breakfast food laid out for us, a tea and coffee t - Everything ! Lovely room, quiet place, fabulous breakfast, we have stayed in many hotels and I have never seen such a comprehensive breakfast anywhere. Cereals,juices,yoghurts,rolls,fruit salad with banana,kiwi, strawberries,blueberries.On the table was sliced Polish sausage, ham, cheese,mackerel,prawns,mussels,sliced water melon, fresh pineapple slices !
