  Good location, close to beach. Walking distance to center. - We were made to feel so welcome, the room was excellent and thebreakfast even better.   Bra läge i fina omgivningar och nära stranden. - 2** rating... not really.. like all the other reviews it was more like an easy 3***.   The Melvill Guest House was most comfortable, the owners most courteous and the breakfast set us up for the long journey home. It is well located for the beach, university and the shops in Falmouth - The friendly professional manner of the landlady was most welcoming after a 7 hour drive down. The couple who ran it were delightful and the food laid out on a dresser for breakfast was very varied, including an excellent selection of fresh fruit.   Really liked my sunny south facing bedroom with excellent en-suite bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable memory foam mattress (particularly important as I sometimes suffer with back pain).   Beautiful hotel, lovely garden, relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were very good, wide selection and well prepared. Lovely waiting staff, nothing was too much trouble.   We stayed for a two nights, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and a good size, the same applies to the bathroom. the facilities were excellent and a very good beakfast that set us up for the day. The hotel is situated within a short walk to both the town centre and beaches..   The kind hospitable couple that run the guest house. They were both very welcoming and friendly we had a lovely time and we shall return back to Tregenna Guest House in the future and recommend it to others Professionaly run even though they have three Children, which is hard to believe as I think we only heard them once in the whole 5 days spent ... vad folk säger » there.   I liked everything about the hotel, I have o complaints whatsoever. The cup of tea on arrival was most welcoming after a long day travelling, the room was exceptionally clean, as was the whole property.   A recently renovated property which has been decorated to a very high standard. The room we stayed in had a good sea view and was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although the house is very old, it has a modern feel to it and the decor and furniture reflect this. Chelsea House is only 5 - 10 minutes walk from the town which has a good mix of well known high street names as well as many loc - Donna the landlady was lovely when we checked us in. the property has been decorated to a very high boutique standard. When getting to the room we was very pleased with the light, roomy, modern bedroom with four poster bed with a spacious well appointed en suite and the most fabulous view of the sea, pendenis castle and the coastline. we had breakfast in bed on everyday of our stay and the food was delicious. furniture, bedding, towels etc are very good quality.
