  The hotel was excellent, easy access to the Grangemouth site about 6 miles. the young staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. - I liked the fact the hotel had a park situated opposite. I was able to take my two one year olds there to play whilst we waited for my husband to finish work. The cleaning staff and breakfast waiting staff were lovely.

  Although only staying for one night all staff were courteous and very friendly. Room was spotless and bed so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. - Staff here extremely helpful and courteous. Service was prompt. Rooms were spotless and the beds and pillows comfortable.

  For a chain, it's well done and as personal as a chain can get. The staff was really friendly and helpful and even let us check in a bit early. The location is right on the bus line and the foot path to the Falkirk Wheel runs right behind the attached restaurant.   My boyfriend and I both stayed at Jackie's B&B whilst cycling from Edinburgh to Glasgow. We could not have asked for a warmer response, she kindly dried our wet clothes for us as we were soaked through after an extremely wet day of cycling!!The small touches she added to the room made the stay just like home but better!!
