  The large room suited all my children and myself. The room was equipped with a fan to keep us cool. Tea and coffee facilities were good and the bathroom was lovely. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble, although we didn't ask for much we were felt at ease knowing that help was readily available. - Ideal location when tr... vad folk säger » avelling on A1. Very helpful staff. The children's beds hadn't been put up in our room but someone came and rectified this immediately. Better style beds than some 'camp beds' the children have slept on in other similar hotels.

  I was pleasantly surprised. Perfectly suitable for an inexpensive stay. I am in the construction industry and just need somewhere to sleep when I cannot drive home but Metro Inns offer more than that. I will be using Metro again very soon. I rated 'fair' for facilities simply because Metro does not offer what most people would consider faciliti... vad folk säger » es, however for me a nice room, with a microwave and a fridge were facilities enough for what I paid. - The rooms have plenty of space, they are clean and tidy, good to find a microwave and a good size TV (not like those other budget hotels with they 20inch tvs) Not a 4star but a very, very good budget hotel. I foubd all the staff very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble, we would stay there again. - The rooms very big, clean and comfortable. It was very affordable, we paid £30 for a double room. It is right by the A1 highway, but it was very quiet. There was a small incident as the boiler broke down before we got there, they offered us a discount, and access to another room with shower. Highly recommended

  We were delighted with how clean the room and facilities were. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. At the Pontefract North location the kids play zone was a god-send for our 2 and 5 year olds.   I was there for my sisters wedding and I found the whole experience wonderful. The hotel staff were most helpful and the hotel was beautiful. - Excellent hotel, would like to keep secret so can always stay when we want!
