  There was a welcoming friendly atmosphere. This home is modern and tastefully decorated with a very comfortable and spacious bedroom/ensuite set-up. A choice of continental and cooked breakfast is prepared to order and served at a communal dining table, at a time of choice. Car parking is available in a quiet street through the back garden. About 500 metres away is a small shopping centre and - The owner was very friendly, helpful in fact couldn't do enough for us. The room was excellent, it was specious, clean, and all the facilities you could ask for. The breakfast was lovely. We definitely will be visiting again,

  The staff were very friendly and welcoming people, always on hand toprovide any useful knowledge and also cater for any specific needs. TheRestaurant provided excellant dining, with great selection of food anddrink. All other facilities were also of a high standard and Ithoroughly enjoyed my stay! Thank you - The hotel is in an ideal location if you are not looking to be right in the centre of Edinburgh, the Edinburgh Park Train Station is perfectly located jst behind the hotel and is only 2 stops from Waverly. The dinner in the hotel was lovely as was the breakfast.
