  I did not expect such a good hotel considering it was only a 2 star. Clean, comfortable and good food. - Very enjoyable breakfast. Nice comfy room , lovely Georgian building. Staff very friendly and helpful

  very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night but would definitely go a gain. Very spacious room with three single beds or one double and one single. En suite shower was modern and clean. Breakfast was substantial. Shared table with other guests.   I love the staff here at the Grimscote Manor. I'm always made to feel at home and not just a faceless guest. There is a high standard of hospitality, care and attention to the small things that differentiate this hotel from any other. I travel a lot for business and this is by far the loviest hotel I have stayed in. The staff made our visit extra special as I had arranged Fizz and chocolates in our room for my friends Birthday. They really put the extra effort in gor us. The Food was fantastic. I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere when staying here. If you do, you are missing out. 2 amazing Christmas trees up in the Reception Rooms. I will definitely use again

  Excellent location for the NEC. Free parking. We stayed in room 115 on the 1st floor. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We even had a settee. There were tea & coffee making facilities in the room. There was plenty of space in the bathroom, unlike the tiny cramped ones you usually find. We had a very pleasant experience for the 1 night we stayed, and have already re-booked for our next - We like the hotel & appreciate the helpful friendly staff. We would like a more varied food menu in the evening, maybe have steak, salad, fish available. Also maybe boiled eggs available in the morning otherwise breakfast lovely but the croissants were hard, so maybe more varied breads.   We stayed at the White House because we were going to gardeners world live at the NEC which was only minutes away. We stayed in the family room and we were not disappointed; large, clean and comfy beds and two bathrooms to boot, fantastic! The breakfast was great certainly fills you up.   A very homely, comfortable guest house. The owners, Stan and Jo are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious, as was the vegetarian spread they did for my son. It is only a 5 minute bus journey to the NEC, so a perfect location if you're going there.   The owners of the hotel/guest house and their family were very friendly. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable with quality toiletries in the bathroom. There were extras in the rooms such as towelling robes, slippers, soft drinks, bottled water, crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, (complimentary). We booked a single room and a double room for 1 night.The - Cannot fault this hotel. Very home from home. Set in a quiet location on the edge of a housing estate with a park/nature reserve to the side. Great owners who were very welcoming and attentive and who couldn't do enough for us. Hotel has nice touches such as the complimentary mini bar. Lovely room and good breakfast to start the day. Close to NEC,10 to 15 minutes walk to/from the local station and 4 minutes on the train to Birmingham International. Thanks again for a great stay. Will stay again

Though our room was quite small, the bathroom had a double walk in shower and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the house was in a lovely quiet village.
