  The hotel was nice and modern and we received a good welcome on our arrival. Good parking facilities and the bar was also a nice surprise! We walked into the town centre during the day (approx. 10 mins), however, a taxi was necessary during the evening.   These apartments are very well appointed and are located close to Montpellier. We had an issue originally because we were allocated an apartment on the top floor which meant a climb involving 64 stairs We asked to be moved and to be fair the management did manage to accommodate us on the ground floor for the final two days of a four day booking.... vad folk säger » This apartment was immaculate and we were very grateful for the change. - What a stunning and beautifully presented apartment. We stayed in Apt 4 which had two bedrooms and an upper floor with gorgeous lounge and well equipped kitchen. We could live here!!! Fantastic. It has set the benchmark for all apartments we hope to find in the future and so convenient for central Cheltenham.

  Convenience of kitchen area, laundry, and the space to relax and have a conversation with others. Also, the apts are in a great location, close to town, restaurants, and bus/train station. Greeted by staff in a prompt and lovely manner. The cleanliness of the apts made the stay that much more enjoyable.   Close to centre of town. Long stay parking nearby if you can't get one of attached parking spots. Loved the studio apartment in the garden, it was just right for us.   Breakfast was excellent and beautifully cooked. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was central with parking which was great for the shops. Also there was a small but comfortable bar with tv. - Everything.   Excellent. We love this place and will go back again. Very clean. The kitchen had every things that your kitchen had, even a dishwasher. Washing & drying machine is new. The owner is very friendly. Only 2 people stayed would easily accommodate 4/5. King size beds that can be zipped apart to make singles. Loads of Coffee, Tea, Breakfast cereals, croissants, orange juice. This was areal nice touch. Went into the living room and a full bowl of fresh fruit. Small things always make it a very pleasant stay in a top notch very clean and well decorated apartment. Less than 5 minutes walk to the center of town.

  I had the smallest room. It was great, with it's own outside terrace and enough space inside for a one night stay. The owner Sue was more than welcoming and friendly. I travel all over the UK, and have spent 20 years in the hospitality industry where I presently do marketing for safari lodges - The whole experience is the best I have had! From very friendly helpful staff to attention to detail in the room, there is nothing that hasn't been thought of. With so much history and luxury within The Bradley you still get a very comfortable warm feel around the building which can be lost in some establishments. Food and location are also great and cannot wait for an excuse to return, I haven't stopped talking about it since I've been home!! Thank you Sue and Chris for sharing your beautiful
