  The staff were really lovely and made the family wedding we came for a great day.it was really convenient to be able to get a bus into Glasgow outside the hotel and the train just a mile down the road.The Hotel was also very warm and the public rooms really nice,and the breakfast was good - We attended a family wedding at the Bothwell BridgeHotel... vad folk säger » during our stay and have to say the Staff provided us with an excellent event, with every need catered for.   as we didnt arrive till later on on the saturday nite we liked that we didnt have to check out till 12 pm instead of 11 am. We will most definately be visiting again soon. - buffet breakfast was really good and hotel handy for motorway. friendly staff who could speak and understand english unlike a lot of hotels in the UK

  The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to be so. The location is excellent, being in a large park area with lots of walks etc. It's location Meir a busy intersection of the highway means that you need to ask for a room not facing the road . It is a very quiet room. The same numbers on the second floor would have th - the staff were very nice and friendly and helpful. just what we needed. the rooms were spacious and big enough and the beds were comfy. clean bedding was everyday and the venue offered food and refreshments when required. car parking appeared safe and secure and local facilities met all our needs.

  This is the second time in a month that myself and girlfriend have spent the weekend at the Alona. As usual on arrival we are greated with cheeery and very smart recepionist and a glass of wine of course. The checkin was over in minute and our room again was immaculate. We will be be going back soon as we simply adore staying ther - After i had booked our room,i received a phone call from Gary the receptionist,who enquierd if we were part of the Wedding party that they were haveing,when we said we were not,we were givein an upgrade & room on the front of the hotel,so as not to be inconvenienced by the party,which my wife & i thot was a fine example of a hotel looking after all of their guests,& a welcome drink was a nice touch,breakfast was exllent & the evening meal was quite superb.

  The marvellous Meg on reception. Could not do enough for you and she cared that you enjoyed your stay. Otherwise the hotel was much like any other Premier Inn although undergoing extension new-build which did not detract.   We were attending the Hamilton Races and required a reasonably prices hotel for 1 night. The Clydesdale Hotel is 15mins walk from the Racecourse and I would recommend it for racegoers and would stay there again.   The staff was attentive and caring. We needed to have laundry done and they did not have facilities for us to use so the cleaning staff did the laundry for us. My husband lost is wallet and they helped to coordinate with the police our getting it back. We felt very much at home there and commend them on their hospitality. It has a very European, "boutiquehotel" feel to it. The breakfast provided was delicious. We had twodinners there as well that were a great value. The room was very cleanand comfortable if a tad small.
