  In a quiet residential area away from the main roads, with onsite parking and a short drive to Birmingham city centre. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and the lady was very helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Overall great value for money.   Vi hade ett rymligt och bra 3-bäddsrum för 3 personer. Jättefint badrum och dusch - The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with modern quality en-suite facilities. It was pleasing to see that they have managed to retain the original Victorian features inside the hotel during the renovation work. ... vad folk säger » The breakfast was excellent and again the staff very pleasant and helpful.
