  Fitness/gym facilities and pool. All staff very friendly and helpful - It was good to find a hotel with a decent size sauna, swimming pool, steam room and a jacquzzi, all of which worked and were clean. The changing room were very very good for this type of hotel

  Warm welcme and friendy staff, Very good room,clean, excellant bed and spoitless bathroom. No noise.   The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

  The hotel was in a great location, we stayed there not only for that, but also because it looked great for the money. We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn. As we had our 1 year old with us, we'd requested a cot, this hadn't been communicat... vad folk säger » ed to the hotel via letsbookhotel.com, however the staff were more than happy to source one and brought it to our room within minutes, very impressed - Ive stayed in many hotels in the centre of Birmingham but for me this hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret not paying to stay here

  We stayed in Clover Spa for two days, and it was like spending two days in paradise. When we checked in, we put all our problems and worries on a shelf together with our clothes, and never thought of either of them again until it was time to check out. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, other guests were cour - Everything was absolutely exquisite: the facilities are superb, but, above all, the atmosphere is as friendly, welcoming and totally helpful as can be. I shall be back - and for more than 24 hours next time!!. Though the location is suburban, you wouldn't know that as you recline in the beautifully landscaped, extensive, and well-tended garden which is actually a fascinating arboretum
